Reciprocating Seal Test Bench is primarily designed to meet the requirements of reciprocating motion tests and static pressure tests at both the hydraulic product level and component level for sealing components.
It is used for performance verification of combined seals (rod seals, piston seals) in aviation landing gears, hydraulic actuators, and construction machinery. The bench can perform comprehensive performance tests covering seal durability life, leakage rate, and temperature-pressure-speed characteristics. It covers testing requirements such as high and low temperatures, static high-pressure holding, pulse alternating pressure, high-speed reciprocation, and differential dual-medium working conditions.
The Reciprocating Seal Test Bench consists of the following modules: Mechanical Load-bearing System, Power Drive System, Environmental Simulation System, and Computer Measurement and Control System.

Technical Parameters:
01 Overall Structure:
Horizontal integrated design, featuring electro-hydraulic servo reciprocating drive, an independent high/low temperature explosion-proof environmental chamber, two completely isolated high-pressure medium systems for red oil/blue oil, and an integrated computer closed-loop measurement and control platform.
02 Control Mode:
Fully automated program control for the entire process, supporting multi-parameter collaborative closed-loop control, real-time data acquisition, and automatic curve generation.
03 Medium Isolation:
Two independent oil circuits: 15# petroleum-based hydraulic oil (red oil) and phosphate ester fire-resistant hydraulic oil (blue oil). The pipelines, oil tanks, pressurization units, and oil filling systems are completely physically isolated. Cross-mixing of media is strictly prohibited.
04 Operational Reliability:
Capable of 24-hour continuous and uninterrupted operation at ambient temperatures ranging from -60°C to 180°C. The entire machine can start normally without protective shutdowns.
05 Extensibility:
Reserved expansion slots for tooling, sensors, pressure channels, and communication interfaces. It can accommodate replacement testing for piston rods/piston seals of all specifications from Φ10 to Φ400 mm.
06 Safety Standards:
The entire machine meets multi-level interlock protection requirements for over-temperature, over-pressure, mechanical limits, leakage, and combustible gas monitoring. It is equipped with sound and light alarms, automatic shutdown, and fault recording functions.
07 List of Acquired Parameters:
Chamber temperature, medium oil temperature, internal pressure of the test cylinder, pulse pressure, reciprocating frequency, pressure waveform, axial driving force, piston rod displacement, leakage weight, cycle count, cumulative test duration, equipment fault codes, etc.
