This equipment is designed for nitrogen filling, evacuation, helium filling, and recovery of the test workpieces (hereinafter referred to as "workpieces"). It is suitable for leak detection of products under test using the sniffer probe method.
The workpiece is evacuated and then filled with helium at a specified pressure. Helium mass spectrometer leak detection is performed using the sniffer probe method to test airtightness, after which the helium inside the workpiece is recovered and recycled for reuse.
