2. Field service
A. Technical service: The purpose of on-site service personnel is to ensure the safety and normal operation of the supplied equipment.
B. High qualifications: Comply with laws and regulations, abide by the current regulations on-site; have a sense of responsibility and dedication, get in place on time; understand the design of this bidding equipment, familiar with its structure, have on-site work experience, be able to conduct on-site guidance correctly; be healthy and adapt to the on-site working conditions.
C. Service responsibilities: The tasks of the field service personnel mainly include unpacking inspection of goods, handling of equipment quality problems, guiding installation and commissioning, performance acceptance and participation in trial operation. Before installation and commissioning, our technical staff will explain to the buyer's technology, explain and demonstrate the procedures and methods to be carried out.
