New-Generation Thermal Conductivity and Thermal Contact Resistance Test Bench is mainly used for high-precision measurement of the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of materials at different temperatures, as well as precise measurement of the thermal contact resistance at interfaces between different solid structures. Its test materials are not limited to solid metals, non-metals, and composite materials, such as copper, aluminum, thermal conductive silicone, glass, etc. It provides reliable thermophysical property measurement data support for electronic heat dissipation design, new material research and development, thermal management performance evaluation, and engineering applications.
New-Generation Thermal Conductivity and Thermal Contact Resistance Test Bench consists of a main testing module, a test environment protection chamber, a vacuum system, a loading force system, an electrical control system, and a software system (host computer), etc. The main testing module is composed of a steady-state heat flow method testing unit and a transient plane source method testing unit, integrated on the same main platform. The main testing module is installed on the lifting platform of the loading force system and can move smoothly up and down with the lifting platform. A dedicated test environment protection chamber is arranged around it. The steady-state heat flow method testing and the transient plane source method testing share the same set of high-precision loading force system and stable and reliable test environment protection conditions. The two testing methods respectively carry out real-time data acquisition and precise control through independent high-precision data acquisition systems, and can achieve one-key convenient switching of test modes through the same software interface. This integrated design ultimately achieves efficient and precise measurement of multiple key thermophysical parameters such as material thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and thermal contact resistance. The system adopts a modular design and works cooperatively to meet different testing needs. All hardware devices use wired communication (RS232/485).
Main Functions:
- Integrated Testing:
This equipment can perform integrated testing of three thermophysical properties: thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and thermal contact resistance.
- Host Computer Data Management and Control:
The host computer, which has data transmission and data storage functions with the main equipment, is also equipped with communication interfaces, enabling data storage, remote data transmission, and display.
- Intelligent Automatic Measurement and Control:
It has software for equipment setup, data viewing, and recording, as well as automatic measurement functions. The measurement temperature range, temperature step, and number of acquisitions can be set, and measurements are automatically performed with data saved.
- Intelligent Pressure Management and Control:
It has automatic pressurization, pressure measurement, and overpressure protection functions.
- Wide Temperature Range Control and Adjustment:
It has a built-in test environment temperature adjustment function, continuously adjustable from 20°C to 150°C.
