Helmet Lateral Rigidity Testing Equipment is mainly composed of a box body, a metal flat plate, an artificial chin, a tension pressure sensor, a sliding plate, a head mold, a displacement sensor, a tensioning mechanism and so on.
1. The helmet is worn on the head mold and tied to the artificial chin;
2. By rotating the tensioning and tightening mechanism, the sliding plate is moved up and down to tighten the chin strap of the helmet. The sliding plate is connected to the displacement sensor and displays the distance in real time, and the artificial chin is connected to the tension pressure sensor and displays the force value in real time;
3. By changing the positions of the artificial chin and the metal plate, different tests can be done.
