Medium system

    Note: During the high temperature test, the medium working at the temperature higher than the flash point has a certain risk of deflagration. Check the physical properties of test oil before test (test temperature should be lower than flash point of medium as far as possible), the freezing point of the low-temperature test oil should be 10 ℃ lower than the set temperature;

1. The cycle pump, medium pump and temperature control system can be manually started under the manual condition, so as to check the operation condition of each component easily. The test process is completed in the automatic condition;

【Control Software】

  • Arbitrary setting function of parameters: Before running, the equipment can freely set required parameters, including key pulse parameters such as peak pressure, trough pressure, test frequency, waveform, medium temperature, pressure increasing/keeping/decreasing time, test times, etc., and during running, automatic and real-time sampling pressure, medium outlet/inlet temperature, waveform, test times, etc;
  • Data collection and processing function: At the beginning of the test, the data collection software can automatically distinguish whether the input meets the requirements, warn the wrong input content, collect, analyze and store the pressure waveform data of the test data in real time, or connect an external printer, and print both graphic and text files; PLC controller: Used for operation and control of switch value of equipment; For the output of standard analog signals;

  • Extraction function of similar test parameters: The test parameters are automatically saved, for the same test piece and parameters test, the test parameters are extracted directly without rereading the setting. Mobile phone or computer can remotely monitor the equipment's operating condition at any time;

  • Remote assistance function: The equipment controlled computer is equipped with remote assistance software. In case of equipment failure, maintenance personnel can remotely control through the remote assistance software and enter the equipment computer interface. By combining on-site analysis and control, faults can be analyzed and resolved;

  • Test function: Provide trapezoidal waves, and test personnel can also set and control the output waveform themselves; Save all test data, print out the cycle times and cycle pressure waveform, export the data through USB interface, and control the pressure increasing/decreasing rate;

  • Medium temperature control function: The temperature of test medium can be controlled automatically. The temperature setting is set remotely by computer and equipped with independent power unit and control instrument, heating power PID self-control, control accuracy: ±2℃; Sealed closed-loop cycle control is used to control the test medium, so that all parts of the test piece are evenly heated to avoid residual air in the test piece, which will affect the normal operation of the test and cause unnecessary damage to the test piece;

  • Data processing function: Process control and data processing; Interface dynamic display test data, and draw real-time time-pressure waveform, waveform curve smooth; Pressure, medium temperature, test times and waveform can be set through human-machine interface. The computer automatically stores test data and generates test report which can be printed out;

【Safety Design】

  • Overpressure alarm, system pulse pressure overpressure alarm and automatic shutdown;
  • Overtemperature alarm, system power oil source temperature ultra-high automatic alarm, automatic shutdown when reaching the shutdown setting alarm line;
  • Liquid level alarm, low or high liquid level alarm of system oil tank, medium tank and waste liquid tank, automatic judgment and shutdown or prompt according to actual situation;
  • Power supply phase sequence control to prevent motor reverse;
  • Mechanical durability limit alarm to prevent uncontrolled damage to the connection and disassembly structure;
  • Door opening alarm when the test is in progress, and stop or alarm according to the safety level;
  • The current condition warning of the equipment is output through the tri-colored light and buzzer.
  • Safety device protection function: Cannot be tested when the door is opened; Emergency button; Automatic shutdown in case of failure;
  • Medium tank liquid level alarm function: The liquid level alarm is added in the design. When the liquid level reaches the lower limit, the whole machine cannot be started or heated;
  • It has the functions of ultra-high oil temperature, ultra-high pressure, leakage sound and light alarm and emergency shutdown.
  • Alarm device: Alarm is divided into yellow alarm and red alarm;

1. Yellow alarm: The equipment is in standby state.

2. Red alarm: Door opening alarm during operation of test piece chamber, liquid level alarm of medium oil tank, liquid level alarm of main oil tank and leakage alarm.

3. Interlocking device is effective: When the equipment door is opened, the moving parts stop moving.

4. For parts and components that can cause dangerous accidents such as overpressure, overload, over-temperature, over-time, over-travel, etc., safety devices shall be installed, such as overload limiter, travel limiter, safety valve, temperature relay, etc.

5. If the chemicals or substances used are flammable and explosive, the alarm device shall be installed.

6. When some actions require warning or attention, install signal devices, such as electric bell, horn, buzzer and other sound signals.

7. Place required safety warning signs at the key dangerous parts of the equipment.
