Check the power of the valve, press the touch button, use the special wrench to swing the main driven wheel, so that the hydraulic valve can check the stamping stroke of the equipment to the maximum. If the hand is not moving, then think about whether the pressure is too large or other questions, check the debugging to OK. . Before working, you need to check each locking screw and acknowledge that it is not loose.
4, loading: install the required terminal, use the hexagonal wrench to adjust the feeding plate, so that the terminal can easily pass, visual inspection of the feeding orientation is not appropriate, if not, conditioning, use the hexagonal wrench to loosen the feeder Tighten the screw, turn the conditioning mast to adjust it until the best condition, then lock the feeder locking screw and start working.
5, test pull: after adjusting the machine OK, take the waste wire to test, carry out the pull test, the primary reference value see the "pull test comparison table" specific operation
The method is as follows, press the pull test zero key to adjust to zero, clamp the terminal wire to be tested, and test, if the measured tension is not in the mark
