【Test items】 For the internal and external surfaces of the liquid cooling plate, according to the test method in the standard, set the concentration of NaCl solution at (50 ± 5) g/L, the PH value of the solution at 6.5~7.2, and the spray amount at 1ml/h~2ml/h for continuous testing for 4 hours in the 35 ℃ test chamber. Connect multiple liquid cooling plates to be tested in parallel to the secondary cooling circulation loop, so that the flow rate of the cooling working fluid through each plate is not less than 1.5m/s, and the liquid temperature at the outlet of the plate is not lower than the design target value. Run continuously for at least two months, and then take samples of the cooling working fluid for chemical composition analysis to ensure that the corrosion inhibitor content in the liquid sample and the material content of the liquid cooling plate meet the design requirements.
