【Test items】 When the test pressure is between 1 and 3 times (excluding 3 times) the operating pressure, the holding time is jointly determined by the liquid cooling plate manufacturer and the customer, the liquid cooling plate does not leak or deform, and the flatness of the bottom plate surface of the liquid cooling plate meets the requirements of the standard, the liquid cooling plate is qualified. When the test pressure is 3 times the maximum operating pressure, the holding time should not be less than 15 seconds, the liquid cooling plate does not leak, and the liquid cooling plate is qualified. Fill the liquid cooling plate with helium gas, place it in the vacuum tank, vacuum pumping the equipment, and fill the tank with helium gas. After 30 seconds, test the helium content inside the liquid cooling plate. If the content value is less than 10-9Pa*m³/s, the liquid cooling plate is qualified. For the helium leakage test of liquid cooling plate components, if the helium content value is less than 10-6Pa*m³/s, the liquid cooling plate is qualified.
