A. The structural design of the computer monitoring cabinet (left side), pressure test system (bottom of burst test stand) and test chamber (right side) adopts a unified style;

B. The appearance of the equipment is double-sided galvanized sheet spray-coated, and the bottom of the test chamber is made of 304 stainless steel;

C. The interior of the brake burst test stand is equipped with lighting to facilitate observation of test progress and loading and unloading of test pieces;

D. Footmaster casters with carbon steel stamping, surface spraying & galvanizing are used for mechanical equipment, and adjust the built-in knobs on the casters up and down to fix and move;

E. System boost rate control and display: agreed boost rate and upper limit of test piece pressure, record and draw pressure-time curve during loading, resolution accuracy: pressure 0.001MPa / div, time 1s / div; the rate resolution accuracy is less than 0.001MPa / s at horizontal and vertical intersection;

F. The pressure sensor of the system includes an external pressure tap, that is, a pressure tap for comparison measurement;

G. The pressure source of this system is a gas-liquid booster pump. Due to the wide pressure range of 2 to 100 MPa, the system pressure control adopts hierarchical control. It is equipped with low-pressure pumps and high-pressure pumps, and the pumps are controlled by electrical proportional valves to achieve hierarchical boosting, automatically switch pressure control system through solenoid valve;

H. The sensor uses well-known brand sensors to ensure the accuracy of pressure measurement;

For the selection of air-driven pumps, this system uses a low-friction large-flow air-driven booster pump, so the dead zone is small when the air-driven pump is started, and the rapid reversal of the pump achieves continuous boosting. Air-driven pump can work continuously with stable performance and high reliability;

J. The constant-pressure hydraulic source is provided by a high-quality air-driven pump, which cooperates with the pressure stabilization and energy storage system to provide a constant pressure source to ensure stable output;

K. The system joints and pipes use ultra-high pressure stainless steel joints and high-pressure seamless stainless steel pipes to ensure the safety of the system and the entire system has no welding;

L. The function of automatic collection and processing of test data, automatic establishment of a test database, which can be queried at any time, and the data can be stored for a long time. The test curve and parameters can be displayed in real time, and the test results can be stored and recorded at the same time, such as: burst peak value, test pressure, etc .; and the stored data can be exported in office file format. With the function of printing the test report and test pressure curve after the test is completed, the test report can be freely edited;

M. This system uses a high-frequency pressure sensor to achieve a high-speed boost rate, and its sampling frequency is high. In this way, through high-frequency sampling, the output pressure can be controlled more accurately and a smoother pressure output curve can be drawn;

N. The system also adds an abnormal pressure relief valve, which can more safely unload the internal high pressure of the system in the event of an abnormality in the system;

O. Adopt the company's self-developed dedicated control software, fully automatic control of the test process, automatic measurement, etc. It has the characteristics of good professionalism, high reliability, easy upgrade, etc., and can be upgraded and improved with the development of testing machine control technology and test standards;

P. The pressure drops rapidly after the test piece breaks, and the pressure stops automatically, that is, the equipment has the function of automatic shutdown protection after the test piece breaks, which ensures the safety of the person and equipment to the maximum extent, and is suitable for the test without any guard;

Q. For safety consideration, only can be pressurized when the test chamber safety door is closed;

R. There are transparent observation windows on the safety door of the test chamber, which can clearly observe and check the leakage and burst of the test pieces during the test;
