  • The automatic collection and processing function of test data can automatically establish the test database, which can be queried at any time, the data can be stored for a long time. It can display test curves and parameters in real time, store and record test results, such as burst peak value, test pressure, etc., and export the stored data in Office document format. It has the function of printing the test report and test pressure curve after the test is completed, and the test report can be edited freely;

【Safety Design】

  • Because the gas driven pump needs certain starting pressure, there is a certain dead zone, so the pressure test curve cannot start from the coordinate zero point, which is within the normal range; Never open the test chamber without pressure relief;
  • In case of any abnormalities in the test, press the Emergency Stop button and conduct the test after the abnormalities are removed;

  • If it is found that the pressure cannot reach the preset target or the curve fluctuation is very large, please check whether the driving gas supply pressure reaches 0.7 MPa. If the gas supply pressure is normal, click Stop Test first, then relieve the pressure. After pressure relief, check whether there is leakage at the connector of the test piece and tighten it before test;

  • Do not open the equipment door at the beginning and during the test to avoid injury;

  • For the first time or when the equipment is moved, if the test is carried out, please test whether the equipment operates normally;

  • Before each test, carefully check the pressure of the drive gas supply to keep it at 0.7MPa. Low pressure will affect the test data, and high pressure will damage the electric proportional valve and the gas driven pump;

  • The test medium shall be clean hydraulic oil to prevent impurities in the water from damaging the internal cylinder body of the gas driven pump;

  • After the test, the water in the test chamber shall be cleaned to avoid rust on the parts. If the test is not carried out for a long time, the water in the water tank should be drained. The drain valve is on the back of the test chamber;

  • If the gas driven pump is not used for a long time, the pipeline must be emptied and then filled with hydraulic oil to prevent scaling and other substances from water accumulation, which will affect the service life of the gas driven pump;
