【Test methods】
Radiator Pressure Cycle Test Equipment is placed in a normal temperature environment, and a mixture of 50% ethylene glycol and 50% water alternating with pressure is passed inside. The pressure of the liquid medium rises from 30 kPa to 125 kPa, and after holding pressure, it returns to 30 kPa as a pressure cycle. The cycle time is 6s-10s, the holding time is 3s-5s.The medium temperature of multi-purpose vehicle radiator is 95°C ± 5°C, the temperature of passenger vehicle radiator is 120°C ± 5°C.
