【Test methods】
A. Maximum action pressure test: The reversing coil is loaded with 85% of the rated voltage, and the air inlet of the D pipe of the tested four-way valve is loaded with the rated maximum action test pressure. When the pressure of the S pipe is atmospheric pressure, continue to test for three times, and test the reversing ability.
B. Minimum action pressure test: The reversing coil is loaded with 85% of the rated voltage, and the air inlet of the D pipe of the tested four-way valve is loaded with the rated minimum action test pressure. When the pressure of the S pipe is atmospheric pressure, continue to test for three times, and test the reversing ability.
C. Action voltage test: Minimum action pressure test: The reversing coil is loaded with 85% of the rated voltage, the air inlet of the D pipe of the tested four-way valve is loaded with 1.47mpa pressure, and the reversing frequency is 10 times / min, and the 10 cycles are continued to test the reversing ability.
D. Internal leakage test: When the air inlet of the D pipe of the tested four-way valve is loaded with 1.0MPa pressure and the pressure of the S pipe is atmospheric pressure, test the internal leakage of the tested valve. If the leakage does not exceed the standard, the reverse internal leakage test shall be carried out.
