Negative Pressure Resistance Testing Machine is used for the negative pressure resistance test of vacuum brake hose, it has a simple structure and stable performance, adopts automatic pressure control and automatic timing, and automatically stops the test after reaching the set pressure and time, it is the preferred measuring system for detecting hoses. The measurement of vacuum degree of brake hose in GB16897 is only required to be determined in the vacuum brake hose.

【Test methods】

Test of the change of outer diameter of vacuum brake hose assembly after negative pressure resistance:

A. Take a brake hose with a length of 304 mm and one end sealed to measure the outer diameter of the brake hose;

B. Connect the brake hose to the vacuum pressure source, apply to the brake hose vacuum degree 85 kPa ± 3 kPa pressure for at least 5min; Measure the size of the maximum deformation of the brake hose under the vacuum degree.
