【Product features】

1. Computer control, and the pressure and test time of the pipeline can be set according to different products. After setting, the machine can be fully automated;

2. Automatic impact testing, automatic recording and saving of impact times, temperature, frequency and other data;

3. Display the inlet and outlet pressures of the test piece separately, and the temperature sensor is placed at the nearest position to the test piece on the main pipeline, with 2 reserved temperature collection interfaces;

4. Test data and curve parameters can be displayed in real-time, the test results can be automatically saved and stored, and the test report can be printed arbitrarily;

5. Emergency stop button, which can be pressed to stop the machine in case of emergency. If there is a leak alarm, the machine will shut down automatically and indicate the cause of the fault;

6. After the failure of the test piece, the pressure rapidly drops without continuous high-pressure liquid spraying, ensuring maximum personal safety. At the same time, it has the function of automatic shutdown protection after the test piece is damaged;

7. Equipped with test chamber safety door and safety interlock device, the door cannot be tested when it is open (in special cases, the door can be controlled by switch button for testing);
