Helium Distribution System is mainly used for pressure regulation output through a precision reduction valve, the system is equipped with globe valve and decompression valve, which can be used for pressure holding and pressure relief, each channel is installed safety valve, and overpressure can be automatically relieved, the pressure detection is mainly displayed by the self-contained pressure gauge; the system pipelines are connected by stainless steel pipes, and the whole system has simple structure and easy operation.
